Father's Day Tribute

This a tribute to the two great Father's in my life, my husband and my father in law. Thank you, Lance for all you do. As many of you know I work full time, so Lance has a HUGE role in our home as the stay-at-home dad. Here is a short list of what I am thankful for:

-all of the MANY dirty diapers you change
-doing the laundry
-cooking most of the meals, especially the ones when I come home hungry from work at 8pm
-attempting to clean :)
-letting me sleep in
-meeting some of my crazy requests
-doing the laundry
-supporting me at work
-keeping me focused on the future
-for your leadership
-for getting up with Ava at night
-for your patience with my "tree hugger" parenting requests
-for your unconditional love for me and the girls

Thank you, Dan, for you wonderful example and for being a great Grandfather. Although we are many miles apart, your love and support is always felt by our family. Your humor is the best, and your advise and council always appreciated. WE LOVE YOU!

Thanks for those wonderful thoughts for Father's Day! I got more joy and pleasure in raising my children than anything I've ever done and now I get to relive that terrific period again by watching you two go through it. I'm having so much fun watching you enjoy it almost as if I was doing it myself.

I love you both!
