Holiday Fun!

The girls' Aunt and Uncle have been visiting... they've had a blast playing with them!
At the park.

Ava with her new baby doll "Eloise".

Olivia in her pajamas and new princess shoes.

Love this pic of Olivia and Uncle Jordan at the park.

Ava got a balloon crown and kitty.

Had the best Christmas ever! I can't believe Olivia is going to be 3 in less then 2 weeks!

Good Holiday Times

This is what I live for, spending fun times with the girls, doing things that make them happy.
Today we went to Ava's preschool Christmas program and the girls made their first little gingerbread houses, as seen below. We had an awesome time.

Can't wait for our Holiday Extravaganza! Lance's brother and sister are coming to town for Christmas, and we haven't all been together in 6 years... yes that means we've never all been together since the girls were born!

Halloween

We went to out to our Church party for Halloween this year... it was a blast! Here are the girls all ready to go...

Olivia getting face painting...

Now it's Ava's turn

Olivia making a funny face while chewing some treats :)

Ava's butterfly face.

This is how mommy decorated the trunk.

This is the preschool "costume parade". The red-head vampire is Ava's little "boyfriend" Luke. He told her she is pretty! he he

Ava is the tallest kid in the whole preschool by a lot! She was at the very end of the parade :)

Now that the girls are almost 3 and 5, holidays are soooo much fun! What a blast we had this year!

Girls first camping trip!!!

So... we took the girls camping. It was a lot of fun, but we only went for one night to "test the waters" and see how the girls would do. They did really well, but I was sooo glad to get away from the bugs and little critters!
Here is the check-in station.

We went on a Monday, so the campground was totally empty :) We got to pick our site, which was awesome... here it is below.. huge and surrounded by woods!
Daddy putting up the tent! This was the view to the right.

Here is the view to the left.

Camping Olivia!

View of the campsite from the road.

The girls sharing a wild berry they found.

Daddy gathering firewood around the site.

Beautiful yellow flowers.

Ava liked this little log.

The tent all set up in the perfect spot under two trees.

Our lovely tent.

The lake was right next to the campsite... the girls loved fishing, although we didn't catch anything!

Daddy found the cutest little pink and purple princess fishing poles! They were a little shorter then a normal fishing pole, but great to use... we loved them!

Ava found a huge grasshopper, she is obsessed with bugs. I convinced her to let it go... Mr. Grasshopper will live another day :)

Ava helping her sister ride the tricycle... it was soo cute!

There were 3 deer right on the side of the road... it was awesome! They just stood there and looked at us!

It was a lot of work, but like everything else with raising kids, totally worth it! We may wait a while before doing it again though :)

Princess Party Pics :)

We had an AMAZING Princess Party for Ava's 5th Birthday this weekend. All of the girls at the party were perfect and behaved like prim and proper royalty! They were all sooo cute!
Here are the decorations and set-up.

This is Ava with her first "best friend" Mary. They are always getting into trouble together!
Ava showing off her foam princess crown.

The Royal Guests :)

They all loved fishing for candy jewelry!

Arts and crafts: making foam princess crowns.

We ate a beautiful and yummy cake. Lemon whipped topping on the fluffiest, most delicious cupcakes (thanks to my cousin Kathy!).

We opened presents!

It was just the perfect little party to celebrate the first 5 years of Ava's life!

The latest stuff....

It's busy as usual in the Cromwell house!
We've been working on computer skills with Olivia... she's independant with kids games now at
2 1/2, we're so proud!

We went to this awesome indoor bouncing facility, it was sooo much fun!

Painting at the Children's Museum.

Birthday Party pics to come, looking forward to tomorrow's celebration.
