Easter 2011

In my opinion, there's nothing cuter then little girls on Easter!

Celebration!! Houston Rodeo :)

Well, yesterday I recieved word that I am approved for sponsorship for the DOD CRNA program by the Temple, TX VA, which means after the completion of the program, I will work at their hospital for 3 years. I went to visit Temple a couple of weeks ago, and it is such an awesome, family oriented, small country town. Perfect for our family! We could not be happier!

To celebrate, we went to the Houston Rodeo! It is one of the biggest rodeos in the country, and we had a blast!

Ava's first ferris wheel ride! She loved it and giggled the whole time!

I have never seen anything like these floating bubbles before, so we just had to let the kids do it! I wish I was a kid again! (they had a weight limit) The girls have never had more fun!

They had an amazing petting zoo... indoors! The girls were able to help feed a goat.

And they even had a fawn, it was soooo friendly and loved people!

We went upstairs in the big building to overlook the carnival. It was awesome.

Ok, I was a little nervous letting Olivia (just barely 3 y/o) go up this giant slide, but she ran up all by herself without a second thought! They went down twice!

I can't believe I was able to get this shot! They were coming down so fast! One of my favorite pics ever :)

All the animals were just running around us! Complete chaos...

Ava's hair is getting long, and so is Olivia's! Mommy has never had it cut :)

Happenings...

Well, it's been a while since I updated our blog... life is crazy right now, as usual. I'm away a lot, so I try to give tons of attention to the girls whenever I'm home.

Last week was Western Day at preK, and Ava was sooo proud of her pink costume!

Olivia turned 3 back and January, and we had a little family celebration, but in My Little Pony style... we had a blast!

Life is great. We are all healthy and gearing up for the big move and transition to me obtaning my Nurse Anesthesia degree! We could not be more excited!

Funny Kids

So... the girls were discovered spashing water all over the bathroom during their bath.

Daddy says, "you girls are in big trouble."

Olivia says, "but I'm only 2 years old."

She's actually turning 3 next week. Clearly she's milking it for all it's worth! :)

Such funny kids we have!
